environmentally friendly

I have known this for a while, but I finally want to write it down. :)

I am very environmentally friendly .__. (ok so I litter every now and then, but who doesn't throw tissue out the car window when he/she is driving?). I don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that I am from San Francisco, and everyone is like a fucking hippie, but the regulations have influenced me to infect everyone I know with my odd habits.
  1. Compost. I do not throw away food in the trash can if I can help it. I get all confused when I can't find a compost bin at somebody's house. Anything biodegradable is a plus in my book! I love biobags, but they're too expensive so I use paper bags. When people don't know whether or not to compost, I am literally there to the rescue. It irks me when somebody says that they don't compost. WHY THE FUCK NOT? It's not that much effort to separate your garbage.
  2. Recycling. Paper does not go in the trash can, and whoever throws napkins in the recycling is a fucking moron. There are damn pictures of what can go in the trash cans ON THE TRASH CANS!! I don't understand how people still don't know what to do with them. Napkins go in the compost bin if they are soiled.
  3. Gas guzzlers. I hate gas guzzlers .__. I cringe when somebody tells me that he/she gets 15 miles a gallon, or anything around that number. I cringe when I realize that my/my mom's car only gets 19 miles a gallon. I am getting a Prius because well, one, I want to get the most of my money's worth, and two it gets AMAZING mileage!! Sure, it doesn't always get the EPA rated 51 MPG, but it gets at least 45! I'll match with the rest of my city =P
  4. Reusable bags. I love the idea of reusable bags! I must admit, when I go shopping, I want to walk out of the store with a bag from that exact store. I want it to look like I bought something! Over time, the bags really begin to pile up, and I wonder, "Why didn't I just shove everything in one bag?" Some places have flimsy bags, such as Marshalls, Ross, and many dollar stores. I would not stuff too many things in those, just because it seems like they'd break super easily. Department stores usually have thicker cardboard-like bags, and those are soooo reusable! I like to put lots of things in bags like those. Other stores, such as H&M, have higher quality plastic bags with thick handles which can hold a lot of things, and I find that those are good to reuse for transporting things to friends or family. When my mom and I give things to our family, we tend to dig out the old shopping bags to carry items. My worst habit is always getting a bag from whatever store whenever I go shopping. On Black Friday (2010), I got a shopping bag from Sephora that is perfect to bring shopping. It is a nice moderate duty material that can hold a good amount of weight, but I always seem to forget it once I leave the house!
I might add more when I think of them!

Oh, and bananas aren't good for period pain. The world lies :(

& you will never hurt again..

ne-yo - like a star...

I love this song! I try to relate to it when I'm feeling sad. :p I didn't do anything this weekend, school-wise.

I turned to my right, and my froggie, Vincent, was laying next to me. I don't remember putting him here. oh wells. he's so cute!

erhm..

it's probably kind of crazy but that's still the type of guy I want to end up with... :|

I know that I was irrational when I was younger, but the fact that this feeling still lingers inside of me drives me crazy. lack of interest drives me away; but who's to say I should even stay?

I hate complicated situations. & why is it that people want what they can't have? is the feeling of want really that great? satisfaction is expected to be the ultimate result, but satisfaction is never guaranteed.
